Dr. Eremia is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and a Associate Professor of Medicine at UCLA.

Dr. Eremia obtained his Bachelor Degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his Medical Degree from the University of California at Davis. He performed his Internship at a Stanford University affiliated hospital in Santa Clara, California, and his Residency at UCLA. Dr. Eremia continues to teach cosmetic surgery, including liposuction at UCLA, where he holds the position of Associate Clinical Professor. From 1983 to 1988, he was the head of the Division of Cosmetic Surgery of the Riverside Medical Clinic. In 1992, Dr. Eremia was appointed Director of Cosmetic Surgery for the Division of Dermatology at UCLA.

Dr. Eremia was the first surgeon to perform liposuction surgery in Riverside, and has performed over 3000 such operations. Dr. Eremia has taught liposuction surgery to many other physicians through live surgery courses and observation programs at UCLA. For 17 years he's been a pioneer and published researcher in the use of lasers. Dr. Eremia is also Director of a Cosmetic Surgery fellowship training program accredited by the American Academy and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He is widely recognized as a expert and a teacher in the field of cosmetic surgery, and he is frequently invited to speak at medical conventions, publish articles and contribute to text books in the field of cosmetic surgery.
